Traditional Irish Export Stout 6.5% ABV 35 IBUs
We used Irish Stout malt, Roasted malt, Chocolate malt, Aroma malt, and Flaked barley resulting in a smooth roasted character. We added a single addition of German Perle hops to give this black beer a slight bitterness. Roasted dry flavor and aroma makes for a traditional Irish Stout. Released, just in time, for the biggest Irish holiday of the year, St. Patrick’s Day. Wee-bit-o Stout far ya?
