Belgian Tripel 8.0% ABV 26 IBUs
Original name: 5th Anniversary Ale
We started with Pilsner malt, Abbey malt, and cane sugar giving this ale a straw color. Hopped with Styrian Gold hops and an addition of Rhubarb in the whirlpool lend a twist to this ale. Fermented with our Belgian Yeast Strain, at slightly higher fermentation temperatures, adds estery, alcoholic, and spicy character. Subtle rhubarb flavors, spice, and alcohol are present. A truly unique beer to celebrate our 5th Anniversary!
Released in June and available through July (barrel aged and bottled through the Fall)
