Brewmaster, Chris Johnson

Chris has 9 years of professional, hands-on brewing experience working as Head Brewer in a commercial brewing facility, the Lafayette Brewing Compnay.

Chris will manage and primarily perform all brewery operations.  Chris is a master brewer, his experience ranges from recipe formulation to packaging. Chris will will personally handle all needs to our retail customers and consumers.  This will allow him to keep a close eye over quality and consistancy from production to your tap handles.  As part of the PBC value-add services, Chris will provide education to customer staff and will personally over see accounts to ensure all costumers get the very best products and service.

Operations Manager, Brett Vander Plaats

Brett is currently the Enterprise Architect for Community Business Innovations.  In this position he manages and leads in the design and building of the application architecture for the Community Health Network. Specifically his team is responsible for application implementation & development and data integration across the Enterprise that integrates 5 distinct companies and dozens of external physician offices. 

Brett comes from a technical background in application programming, data management and process improvement & automation.  His primary duties for People's Brewing Company managing sales and back office processes.
